SO much has been going on!!!

Okay, So I’ve been really, Really, REALLY busy as of late. I don’t even think I’ve had time to really breath let a lone type.. I run a new SPIN studio in my area and we opened up at the end of February which personally I think is kinda of a hard time to open up as most people already got their Gym memberships after the 1st of January. So we missed that whole Jump. Well at that time I wasn’t working for them. So for the last month, month and a half I have been doing events, trying to get people to sign up, talking to people, and getting people to motivate. Here’s the kicker now, IT’S SUMMER!!! and where I live people belong to “Beach Clubs” or have “Beach Homes”. So when Friday hits, that is where they are all off too. ahhhhhh, the madness never ends!

So there was that, and I’m also now in training mode for my Half Mary! The Diva DC, and I honestly can not wait! A: It’s in my home town and B: My dad will be there! So that makes me stoked to be running my very first Mary! I’m finishing up my week 4 of training I was supposed to do my long run today but I had to do it last night because I have a race today, The Run2Glow @ Belmont.  But tonight’s race is strictly for fun.  But I pushed out my 4 miler last night

4 miles – 50:48:13 – Pace 12:42

Now, I’ve been averaging a pace at 12:13 which I am stoked on… But, last night was a little bit slower…. I don’t mind I still have 9.2 miles to conquer.. But I am happy with my progress!  
I want to thank my Dear Friend Tiffany for introducing me to Run Less Run Faster. The Best Book I have ever laid my hands on for reading. It has changed my life with running… I now no longer stress my runs… I run my run.. that means I do not run for time, I start at a slow pace and work my way up and end strong.  If you are a runner, this is a must ready if you Haven’t already.
